1. Amit Gupta

Mr Amit Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Information system auditor with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts, FP&A, MIS, Controlling, Process Re-engineering, F&A Operations and Internal Control set ups etc. He has varied industry experience in IT, Power, Petroleum and Consultancy.

Mr Amit Gupta specialisation helps our clients in Fund raising, Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, Compliance, Taxation, Risk assessment, Mergers and acquisitions and other corporate financial functions.

Prior to joining AKCO Group, Mr Amit Gupta has spent 6 years in HealthFore Technologies Limited, a listed company, as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to Healthfore, Amit Gupta has spent 7 years at Steria India Limited which is a subsidiary of French IT Group as Associate Vice President - Finance where he was a part of Corporate Finance Team and held key responsibilities in the MIS, Reporting, Controlling, FP&A, Monthly closing and Process management. Mr Amit Gupta has also worked with Tata Power limited for their JV with Delhi Government for a period of 3 years where he was involved in Process Reengineering for entire Revenue Cycle and subsequently managed Revenue for entire North and North West Delhi consumers.



2. Vineet Bhatia

Mr. Vineet Bhatia is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and specializes in the practice of Indirect Taxation especially GST, VAT laws and Service Tax laws since 1991. At present he is the PRESIDENT of Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd), a body comprising of approx 1700 professionals (Advocates and Chartered Accountants) and enjoys an excellent rapport with the senior most officers of the Department.

He regularly argues matters before the Supreme Court, High Court, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and Commissioners as well as before all Indirect Tax authorities. He had been earlier also elected as Vice President of Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd) in the year 2004 and was also the standing counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi, VAT department and has represented the Department before Delhi High Court. He has standing of more than 23 years at the Bar.

He has in depth knowledge of GST, VAT and Service Tax and has addressed many seminars, conferences and meetings on VAT and GST. He was also Editor in chief and incharge of publishing a journal “Delhi Sales Tax Cases” (during the year 2004-05), which brings out the latest case laws, determinations, judgements, notifications and circulars relating to VAT.

Has advised many trade associations, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Corporate houses and Industry on various complex issues relating to VAT. Has structured transactions for many corporate houses so as to minimize the VAT implication for the Company. Has been felicitated with many awards and trophies at various seminars and functions.

3. Ankush Munjal

Mr Ankush Munjal is a Chartered Accountant and qualified Insolvency Professional having more than 15 years of rich experience in the fields of Corporate Treasury, Insolvency Advisory, onshore and offshore funding including ECB’s, Buyers Credit, Debt Syndication, Settlement proposition with banks & Financial Institutions, handling DRT & SARFAESI matters etc. He has varied industry experience in various industries ranging from Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Banking and Telecommunications.

Mr Ankush Munjal's core specialization helps our clients in Fund raising, Treasury management, FEMA & RBI compliances, Mergers and Acquisitions and other gambits of Corporate & Strategic Finance function.

Prior to on-boarding the advisory board of AKCO Group, Mr. Ankush Munjal has spent over 15 years in various corporates in various capacities & profiles including HPCL Mittal Energy Limited (Oil & Gas); Aircel Limited (Telecommunication); Jindal Stainless Limited (Manufacturing set up); Tata Power Limited (with their JV with Delhi Government); HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank Limited in various profiles ranging from Corporate Treasury, Compliances, Project Finance, Audit, Forex Management etc.
